Lord McKenzie issues ultimatum to 4,500 Parents in Cardfiff area
Today Lord McKenzie, Child Maintenance Minister, launched a campaign in Cardiff which targets 4,500 parents who refuse to take responsibility for their children.
The Child Support Agency (CSA) is already closing the net on those who refuse to pay, and in the past year alone, 230 non-paying parents in Cardiff and surrounding areas have had their cases put through the courts.
Parents around Cardiff owe their children more than £15.6million in maintenance payments.
