Changes to telephone numbers for customers using our Hastings office

As part of an upgrade to our telephone systems, we will be making some changes to telephone numbers for our Hastings office - which manages cases in South East England.
This change mainly affects international customers calling us from abroad. Most people will not be affected by this change and can still call our Hastings helpline numbers, which can be found on the top of the last letter we sent you or on the Contact us page.
From 7 December international customers calling our Hastings office should use the following telephone numbers:
If your child maintenance was calculated after March 2003:
