Central Appeals Unit
Our Central Appeals Unit deals with all appeals against child maintenance decisions. There is a team for each of the Child Support Agency offices. These teams deal with the administration involved in the appeals process. They are the first point of contact for anyone wanting to appeal against a child maintenance decision.
The Central Appeals Unit and the appeals process are there to resolve disputes between clients and the Child Support Agency about decisions.
