Accredited DNA Testing Organisations
Organisations approved by the courts that can carry out DNA testing
Under the Family Law Reform Act 1969, Section 20 the Ministry of Justice can approve certain organisations to carry out DNA tests to support a decision about whether someone is the parent of a child. A list of the organisations that are currently approved by the Ministry of Justice is provided below.
